Lucía Parker was born on January 29th of 1983, in San Salvador, the capital city of El Salvador. She was raised in a Christian home, her father is a pastor since Lucía was six years old, so her parents always educated her under biblical principles. She has been serving as Praise and Worship Leader in her parent's church since she was 13 years old.
Since she was very young, Lucía was interested in music, especially in singing. She studied in a Christian Bilingual School, where she was always involved in the Choir and Praise & Worship Band.
When she was 18 years old, Lucía recorded her first album titled Perdóname, which introduced her as a Christian Singer in her country. Since then, she has participated in many events, such as an important sports event, which took place in San Salvador, in November of 2002, Lucía Parker was invited to sing the official Hymn, singing during the inauguration in a stadium which held around 20,000 people.
By the year 2003, Lucia had recorded her second album titled No Te Rindas in which for the first time, she wrote all the lyrics. This project brought a message of hope and strength to many hearts. Lucia was able to visit other countries while promoting the album such as Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras and some cities in the USA.
In July of 2005, Lucía Parker married Jacobo Salomón, who is a youth pastor in their church, passionate for Jesus Christ, and has been by her side since she started her ministry.
Lucía's third album, titled En lo Secreto was produced by the famous latin drummer and producer Álvaro López.
